With nearly 12 years experience in the industry I have not only developed a range of exercises and individually tailored training programmes which can be used to suit your requirements but I can also provide you with the motivation you might be lacking to follow them.
  
Living and working in the Yorkshire area I offer one to one personal training in your preferred setting where you feel the most comfortable. My personal training plans are tailored to suit you, they take into account, your fitness level, your goals, your timescales and the level of supervision you desire. I can provide a comprehensive range of equipment to complement your training plan, including free weights, exercise balls, training wheels, exercise bands, skipping ropes etc.. If you choose to exercise outside then speed-walking, jogging/running or cycling are all options that can be explored. However if you prefer the more traditional setting of the gym, then my personal training service will ensure that you get the very best supervision and the most from the equipment available. Essentially I will be at your side to provide the instruction and the motivation enabling you to get the greatest gains for your time and effort.
